Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Manager 2904 to join their client's esteemed team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of commercial properties, providing exceptional service to both tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and coordinating maintenance requests promptly.
  • Managing property budgets, including monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability for property owners.
  • Negotiating lease agreements and renewals to optimize occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards are met.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of property transactions, contracts, and financial documents.
  • Developing and implementing property management strategies to enhance property value and tenant retention.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial property management, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties efficiently.
  • Knowledge of property regulations and compliance standards.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift. 100% Onsite
